Stephanie Ahlberg has earned a superior reputation both with her clients and her peers. She takes great pride in striving for fair, win-win negotiations and is well known and respected for getting results. Her clients return to her time and again for real estate services, knowing the value of having an experienced agent who is capable of problem-solving in both strong and difficult markets.

A seasoned veteran, Stephanie has been selling residential real estate for nearly 40 years. She is a Broker Associate in the San Francisco office of Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to her affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty, Stephanie was associated for decades with another prestigious local brokerage, where she was a top-ten producing agent every year from 1986-2018. She was honored as the company’s #1 top producing agent in 1990, 1994, 2002, 2005, 2006, and 2008 and the #2 top producing agent in 1998, 2000, 2003, 2004, and 2009.

Stephanie specializes in representation of both buyers and sellers of luxury homes, condominiums, and stock cooperatives as well as residential income properties in San Francisco and Marin county. Stephanie is part of a vast network of like-minded, client-focused Realtors throughout North America and can help her clients obtain real estate representation that is right for them, or for their family and friends, should they move away from the Bay Area.

Stephanie has lived in the Bay Area for over 45 years. She attended College of Marin, received her bachelor’s with Summa Cum Laude honors from Sonoma State University, and did her graduate studies at San Francisco State University. Stephanie is very active in the community, sitting on several boards as a chairperson or advisor. Stephanie also participates in community theatre, including performing annually in a Children’s Theatre Association of San Francisco production to provide free live theatre to over 7,500 public school children.

Stephanie is married to the St. Francis Hospital Anesthesiologist N. Thomas Ahlberg. They have two grown children and two grandchildren.
