Stevens & Tate Marketing continues to share its expertise within the senior living and aging care services industry across the country. After being asked to speak at numerous LeadingAge conferences nationwide, Stevens & Tate President Dan Gartlan and Internet Marketing Director Nicole Wagner have announced the addition of LeadingAge Missouri 2014 Annual Conference & Exposition this fall. As experts in the senior living/aging care industry, Gartlan and Wagner have established notable credibility with the targeted audience groups, and look forward to the new speaking engagement.

The 45th annual event (themed [re]defining age) is being held on September 10-12, 2014 at the Renaissance Airport Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri. On the first day of the three-day conference, Dan Gartlan and Nicole Wagner will present their customized presentations to help senior living/aging care professionals learn how to successfully engage and attract new prospects to increase occupancy at their facilities.

Gartlan will speak on Wednesday, September 10th from 3-4 p.m. His presentation, Attraction Marketing Gets Results: Proven Marketing Strategies to Draw Prospects to Your Brand and Help Drive Occupancy, will give a thorough overview of the Attraction Marketing program (http://www.AttractionMarketingUS.com), its six key strategies, and proven tactics to strengthen marketing programs and enhance results. Gartlan will also discuss a unique process that involves monitoring and tracking results to create structure, measurement and accountability for each initiative.

Attraction Marketing continues to be well received across the senior care market because of its unique ability to address the challenges that most organizations have faced since the economic downturn, said Gartlan. Virtually any business can implement these strategieseven when working under tight budget constraintsand recognize significant benefits, he continued. Tailoring the program to meet the specific needs of senior care organizations adds to its continued success.

Immediately following Dans presentation, from 4-5 p.m., Wagner will present Embrace the Conversation: Strategy & Tactics for Using Search & Social To Engage and Attract Prospects/Residents. This engaging session will provide a real-world perspective on specific ways that senior care marketers can strengthen the impact of their websites and social media campaigns in the increasingly interactive marketplace.

It is no secret that seniors and their adult children are both active online todaybut the online space is constantly evolving, Wagner said. My presentation helps marketers gain insight into new strategies and tactics that can enhance their programs right awayregardless of their current level of social or search engine marketing knowledge, she continued. These immediate and actionable takeaways are one reason my sessions continue to be so well received in multiple industries.
