Steptoe & Johnson PLLC announces the attendance of the first ever NAPE Rockies at the Colorado Convention Center from December 11-13, 2013. The North American Prospect Expo (NAPE) is the largest exploration and production expo in the world and includes exhibitors from the prospect/property, capital markets and vender/services industries.
We are thrilled to be involved with the first NAPE Rockies, said Steptoe & Johnson Energy and Natural Resource Department Chair Sharon Flanery. Events like NAPE provide a forum to meet leaders in major U.S. shale plays to discuss how we can help them meet the challenges of an evolving energy industry.
Steptoe & Johnson will have a booth at the NAPE Rockies Expo located at the Colorado Convention Center at booth #817. There will be Denver-based attorneys and litigators available to discuss energy law and mineral litigation.

Timothy McKeen – Tim McKeen focuses his practice in the areas of energy and mineral law (coal, oil, and gas), and real estate transactions. McKeen regularly assists clients with mineral title examinations and title opinions, coordinating and performing due diligence and mineral acquisitions throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Jason Lucas – Jason Lucas focuses his practice in the areas of energy and mineral law. He has experience with assisting clients in major energy transactions including review of title opinions, organizing defect and curative reports, drafting letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements and preparing closing documents for various transactions.
Andrew Graham – Andy Graham focuses his practice in the areas of energy and mineral law (coal, coal bed methane, and oil and gas), real estate, and commercial transactions. Graham regularly assists clients with mineral title examinations, coordinating and performing due diligence, buying and selling mineral assets, and issues related to surface use and compensation arising from oil and gas or coal operations. Graham is the Managing Member of The Woodlands, Texas office.
Lori Dawkins – Lori Dawkins focuses her practice in the area of energy and complex commercial litigation. A former officer in the United States Air Force, she served in Operation Desert Storm and received the Medal of Commendation, the Air Force Achievement Medal, and the Southwest Asia Service Medal. Dawkins leads the firm’s Energy Litigation Practice Group and is the Managing Member of the Denver office.
Denielle Stritch – Denielle Stritch focuses her practice in the area of energy litigation and has counseled clients in various aspects of their operations.
