The brands coveted assortment is sure to offer an eclectic mix of unique fashion for the Pittsburgh customer.
Free People is based out of Philadelphias Naval Yard, and is proud to call Pennsylvania home. Begun in the early 1970s, the brand has grown with the city. “Given the enthusiasm around our first Pittsburgh location in Bakery Square, we are thrilled to be opening our second in Ross Park,” says Free People Director of Retail, Beth Wehagen. “Pittsburgh has such a creative and entrepreneurial spirit and we are excited to be able to bring the brand to more local fans with a larger store footprint.”
At opening, the Ross Park Mall boutique will carry a wide assortment of high summer must-haves for those adventuring to the beach or a summer escape. Easy knits in a soft color palette for the season, will be prominently displayed and complemented by a small splash of ethnic graphics to add color and energy to the assortment. The location will also offer the brands Intimately Free People line of bras, undies, slips, seamless layering pieces, and loungewear.
The new boutique will be complete with a design inspired by Free Peoples globe traveling girl, and the collections that she curates and displays in her home. As shoppers enter, they will be greeted with a hand carved teak cladding and a custom steel store front that surrounds large double wooden doors. The space houses six fitting rooms bedecked with a magnificent starburst lantern installation and patchwork quilt curtains and stools. Other interior finishes include glitter plaster walls, rough sawn wood accents, and slat walls constructed of a beautiful carved wood.
Each Free People store offers personalized shopping experiences from a team of expert stylists. Customers can schedule a one-on-one appointment with their favorite stylist, as well as interact and gain inspiration through the brands online Style Community, FP Me. In addition to offering personal styling, Pittsburgh fans can look forward to a variety of in-store events to be hosted at the Free People Ross Park Mall boutique throughout the year.

Lehi, UT (PRWEB) January 09, 2014
ROSS Management Services, 12,000-unit multifamily residential affiliate of Maryland-based ROSS Companies, announced strong performance in online participation after the launch of Property Solutions single, open platform. Since implementation began in October, the company has seen more than 60 percent resident participation in online rent payments at select properties, and a portfolio-wide average of 50 percent conversion from lead to completed online application.
Our overall goal is to enhance the customer experience and to make it easy for them to do business with us, said Elaine De Lude, Chief Marketing Officer at ROSS. Migrating to Property Solutionswhere everything works together as onemakes everything seamless for the customer, from the time they reach the website, all the way through the leasing process, until move-out and beyond.
ROSS uses Property Solutions free, open API to customize their online experience and integrate their data in real time without charge. It allows the customer to interact uniquely with a particular multifamily property website without leaving or redirecting to a separate page for tools like applications, payments, pricing and availability. The result is higher conversion and lower drop-off, as De Lude explained, Its one-stop shopping for them. They dont have to leave our site.
According to ROSS, the freedom of Property Solutions open platform benefits their bottom line beyond the integration fees that typically accompany multifamily software. Theres such a quick influx of innovation happening, multifamily companies need to have a foundation of technology that provides flexibility. If some new product is launched, and you have a platform that doesnt allow you the flexibility to adapt, then youre stuck, said De Lude. Especially when other stakeholders, such as property owners or even residents, show interest in a new piece of technology, if your company doesnt have a platform that can support that then it really puts you at a competitive disadvantagenot only at the property level, but the corporate level as well.
Property Solutions maintains a long-standing commitment to free third-party integrations and provides open API documentation for an array of web services. This led to a smooth collaboration between third-party designers, Property Solutions, and ROSS when the company launched its new website for The Crest at Congressional Plaza in December. Their cooperative approach speaks highly towards all aspects of customer service, said De Lude. Lim Gallery will be participating in 2013 SF Open Studios on November 2nd and 3rd in the Potrero Hill-based gallery space. Open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Lim Gallery will join other galleries and artists’ studios in Potrero Hill, SOMA, Tenderloin, Dogpatch, Bayview, Portola, and Excelsior in opening their doors to the public.
“I’m so happy to be participating in one of the largest and oldest open studios programs in the country,” said Chris Lim, Gallery Director and owner. “This is our second year participating, and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of the bourgeoning art scene in the immediate area.”
SF Open Studios is an annual month-long art event in October that showcases over 900 emerging and established San Francisco artists in their studios. Each weekend, art patrons, admirers, and collectors venture out on self-guided tours to see as many SF Open Studios artists and their artworks as possible. Lim Gallery is located at the base of Potrero Hill in the San Francisco Design Center area in a storefront gallery space near Climb Real Estate Group, Whole Foods,
World Gym, and Project One.
One of the goals of Open Studios is to connect collectors with artists for engaging dialogue and a glimpse into the life of the working artist. Lim Gallery, in conjunction with SF Open Studios,
simultaneously helps artists build their mailing lists, gain new admirers, and ultimately sustain a living making art.
Founded in 2010, Lim Gallery is a lifestyle brand curating the best in art, interior design, coffee table books, and culture. With an outpost in the Potrero Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, Lim Gallery straddles the Design Center and tech start-ups of Silicon Valley, taking inspiration from both. The brand contains a website, online magazine, and retail outpost. Focusing on global affairs, technology, culture and design, the Lim Gallerys mission is to provide real human emotion in artwork in a world that has become increasingly digital.
