Eric Magnelli joins the firms employment services group where he will focus his practice on complex commercial litigation, with particular experience in labor, employment and ERISA issues. Additionally, he represents employees on matters relating to ERISA, collective bargaining and a variety of labor and employment issues in connection with employer/employee relationships. Magnelli received his B.A. in 2003 from Dominican College and graduated from Seton Hall University in 2007, receiving both a J.D. and a masters in diplomacy & international relations.
