Commercial Refrigerator Manufacturing in Australia Industry Market Research Report Now Available from IBISWorld

Sunday, October 26th, 2014

Melbourne, Australia (PRWEB) July 23, 2014

Demand for commercial refrigerators and freezers has generally increased over the past five years. This has been driven by steady demand from supermarkets and convenience stores, as a large number of such retailers commenced operations or refurbished during these years. Food manufacturers and other final users, such as restaurants, cafes, hotels and clubs, also contributed to higher demand for industry goods. However, lower demand in some years resulted from client industries reducing expansion activities and increased competing import levels. Input prices for the Commercial Refrigerator Manufacturing industry have been mixed over the past five years, which has contributed to the small fluctuations in profit over this time. While steel prices have generally decreased in the five years through 2014-15, plastic and rubber input prices have increased in most years. IBISWorld industry analyst Alen Allday states The strong Australian dollar in the years through 2012-13 helped industry operators to reduce import costs for intermediate inputs, such as refrigerator and freezer components and compressors.

Industry revenue is expected to increase by 3.7% in 2014-15 to $ 273.8 million. This follows strong growth in 2013-14 as demand from supermarkets and other food retailers increased after a fall in the previous year. Overall, industry revenue is expected to increase at an annualised 0.5% in the five years through 2014-15 due to greater foreign competition, and some industry consolidation reducing output levels. This increased competition and wages growth have contributed to lower industry profit levels over the past five years. According to Allday, Over the next five years, industry revenue is forecast to increase at a stronger pace as demand for commercial refrigeration and freezer products steadily increases. Supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and food manufacturing industries are all expected to grow at a solid rate over the five years through 2019-20.

The Commercial Refrigerator Manufacturing industry has a low level of market share concentration. Industry concentration has increased over the past five years as unprofitable refrigeration manufacturing companies exited the industry. Due to increasing import competition, particularly from SKOPE and the now New Zealand-based Austral Refrigeration, industry concentration is expected to increase in future years. More unprofitable manufacturers in the industry are expected to exit, leading to steady revenue growth for remaining firms. Major industry players include Moffat Group Pty Limited, Ice Blue Commercial Refrigeration and Bromic Pty Ltd.

Wollison-Shipton Building Pittsfield, MA Announces Leasing Of Offices To Psychotherapist And Author, Anna OBrien With More Pittsfield Office Space Still Available

Wednesday, December 25th, 2013

Pittsfield, MA (PRWEB) November 19, 2013

Financial Firebird Corporation, in its capacity as manager of Pittsfield office leasing for the historic Wollison Shipton Building at 150 North Street, in the heart of the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, announces that it has entered into a rental agreement with psychotherapist and author, Anna E. OBrien.

Deeply interested in the wisdom of the unconscious, Anna has worked with unconscious communication for many years in her psychotherapy practice. In her newly released book, Hawk Wisdom: Self-Defense in the Marketplace, she shows how an understanding of unconscious communication patterns can help everyone from the everyday consumer to the corporate executive. After reading Hawk Wisdom, you will understand how to quickly assess bits of conversation that you hear while discussing a purchase or other transaction and use this information to your advantage.

Hawk Wisdom is rooted in the concept of dynamic pattern reading. Dynamic pattern reading is the ability to assess information which is presented unconsciously. Information about items to be purchased or deals to be made can be gleaned from stories, jokes and chit chat which people share at the time of the transaction. This important information generally goes unnoticed. Ms. OBriens book helps people to understand how to listen for, attend to and interpret this information. It is a fascinating concept and a valuable skill.

For information on where to purchase Hawk Wisdom as well as how to sign up for individual and group conferences on unconscious communication go to the hawkwisdom.com site.

The Wollison-Shipton Building, which recently celebrated 125 years since it opened on April 12, 1888, provides office and retail space at very reasonable rents in the heart of downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Those leasing offices especially appreciate the absence of additional charges found at other buildings. Most Wollison Shipton Building tenants pay no extra fees for heat, air conditioning, electricity, gas, common area maintenance or insurance, real estate taxes or even high speed internet service. In addition to those services tenants receive use of a common conference room all included in the rent.

Besides local businesses who may wish to lease office space in Pittsfield, MA companies from out of town should think about Pittsfield in a few different instances. When looking for a place to house back office operations, tenants from New York City or downtown Boston may find the rents in Pittsfield 5 times less to 10 times less than those rents in those large cities. Employee costs in Pittsfield end up substantially lower than in a large city as an extra benefit. Those looking for a virtual office may find Pittsfield offers features to meet those needs too. Business needing an occasional meeting place such as a law firm needing to meet with clients or take a deposition every now and than can make arrangements for space on a per use basis as well. For larger gatherings or presentations the Wollison-Shipton Building offers Pittsfield meeting facilities for close to 100 people either with or without food service from Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant located right next to the event room.

With low rent, bonus services, long term ownership, onsite management and nicely renovated space the historic Wollison Shipton building stands out as a top choice for Pittsfield office space.

Video Marketing for Realtors Now Available from ARME Realty.com

Tuesday, August 6th, 2013

Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) July 31, 2013

Video marketing for realtors is now being offered by ARME Realty as an individual service. The company has been offering the service as part of all of its packages since it began its real estate web development project. It is used by web developers to actually create links back to the website, as well as create first page listings for keywords using services like Youtube to promote the videos.

ARME Realty.com is one of the top rated real estate web design and development companies in the industry. They are well known for their special blend of white hat techniques used to build websites that contain content as well as video that continuously make first page on search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing within a few days of their creation.

“Video marketing for realtors is a very unique task that we perform on a regular basis to develop a website. Using properties that realtors and brokers have available as inventory we can market each of the houses using the video marketing tool as a virtual walkthrough. There has been an overwhelming response to our video marketing tool, especially to showcase properties, states Simon Landers, spokesperson.

Mr. Landers continues, “It is for this reason that have decided to start selling our video marketing services as an individual service that can be purchased on a per video basis, or a certain number of videos for a certain price. The videos we produce are often developed around the same keyword analysis strategy we use to develop content. This allows for most of the videos we create to be picked up on the top of the first page of Google within a few days at most.”

New Real Estate Marketing System Now Available to Brokers Nationwide

Saturday, July 6th, 2013

(PRWEB) July 02, 2013

New real estate marketing system poised to change the way real estate professionals market their properties online, states a Clearwater FL based real estate internet marketing firm ARME Realty.com.

With home sales and new construction rising around the country, real estate professionals have been looking for vital tools to help them increase their online presence in attempt to capture those online visitors who are searching for information about specific kinds of real estate in their areas.

For this reason, a Clearwater FL real estate media firm has announced their newest suite of internet marketing programs geared towards residential and commercial real estate. With the NAR survey showing strong localized real estate searches upwards of 80% or more of all home buyers, realtors are beginning to realize, now more than ever, how important it is to have all of their properties marketing thoroughly via the power of things like social media, SEO, video tour distribution, and more.

“More and more home buyers are more internet savvy today than home buyers were in 2001. As the internet matures and companies make it easier and easier to find the information searches are looking for, more home buyers are finding it much easier and less of a hassle to do all of their home buying business online,” states Simon Landers, spokesperson.

“Real estate pros ‘in the know’ have had their hands on top real estate marketing systems for increasing their home sales. However, our studies suggest that the majority of real estate professionals are still marketing their properties the old way,” continues Simon.

He continues, “Unfortunately, things like stakes in the road, word of mouth, open houses, etc are a bit of a dying breed. Buyers are coming to the open house then going online to find out additional information about these properties. The question is whether or not they will find another broker who can help them with the same property. Our marketing programs aim to keep the broker in front of these buyers for the duration of their home buying search using proven strategies.”
