Placing their trust in a law and justice leader who has worked for years as a prosecutor, the City of La Verne Police Officers Association has voted to back Head Deputy District Attorney John Morris to be the next Assessor for the County of Los Angeles.
“For 24 years, it has been my honor to work with rank-and-file police like the members of the City of La Verne Police Officers Association,” said John Morris. “As the next Assessor I look forward to continuing my efforts to protect taxpayers by fully implementing landmark protections like Proposition 13.”
The City of La Verne Police Officers Association joins all 10 major newspapers in Los Angeles County which have unanimously endorsed Head Deputy District Attorney John Morris for Assessor.
