Dallas based Little, Pedersen, Fankhauser LLP has signed a newly structured lease at the 72-story Bank America Plaza. Bill Zei of McLeodZei represented the firm in restructuring its lease. McLeodZei has represented the firm and its partners for some 25 years.
Bradley, Murchison, Kelly & Shea LLC, a New Orleans based firm, has signed a newly structured long term lease at Energy Centre, a Hertz Group owned property. Bill Zei of McLeodZei represented the firm in arranging and finalizing their lease. Anne Kniffen of lauckgroup architects assisted in the redesign of the space.

The primary partners of the firm have done business with McLeodZei for over 20 years.
Earlier this year, McLeodZei formed a strategic alliance with TenantBase LLC, a technology based commercial real estate firm headquartered in Nashville, TN. This alliance will help to continue McLeodZeis long tradition of providing innovative service to its very prominent clientele.
In 2015 McLeodZei will have operated its business for 30 years.
