The latest multi-million dollar sale Fred orchestrated was the sale of a 150 acre subdivision in McMinnville, Also a commercial piece at 1.56 acres, in Beaverton. A 40 lot subdivision just south of Eugene for $2,000,000, and finally a $4,880,000 dollar, 90 pad mobile home Park.

We sold 14 of the Villas On The Lake condos totaling just over four million dollar in Sales.
