Bill Gaffney is the founder and managing member of Change Realty, LLC. He is a principal broker in the state of Oregon, licensed since 2004. He has been involved in over 125 real estate transactions totalling over $55 million as a broker, investor and a developer. He has achieved the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors. A member of the Masters Circle of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors. Recognized as a Five Star Professional Realtor. Ranked #34 in sales volume for 2011, for all real estate brokers in the Portland Metro Area (over 8,000 brokers). Over the past few years, Bill has converted several apartment buildings to condominiums in the Northwest 23rd area of Portland. He also manages a family portfolio of apartment buildings in downtown Portland.
