Dawn O’Neal

With nearly three decades of expertise in the real estate industry and over $150
million in sales, Dawn O’Neal is regarded for her integrity, comprehensive market
knowledge and dedication to her clients. She expertly navigates extended and complex
transactions, utilizing her training in Negotiations and Mediation from Pepperdine
University’s School of Law to add value and negotiate multiple offer situations.

Dawn’s expertise is in residential real estate (she is a Certified Residential
Specialist) and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges with a scope that ranges from smaller
homes to multi-million dollar estates. As she relocated to the Pacific Northwest,
Dawn aligned with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty to best serve her clients
through a shared commitment to innovation and tailored marketing. She is proud to

Dawn grew up in the Tri Cities, Eastern Washington, and spent time in Seattle and
Tacoma before settling down in the San Francisco Bay area. She now lives in Sequim
and is a proud grandmother of five. When not immersed in her work, she is often
found buried in a book, expanding her technological horizons, or planning her next
trip. Deeply connected to her community, Dawn has served in top-level positions
within SCCAOR (as co-chair with the REALTOR® Foundation and Ombudsman Committee) and
the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (local chapter president, 2004). She also sponsors
an annual client appreciation event that supports Toys for Tots and local food
banks.
